Grunges

Historia:

El movimiento nace en la ciudad de Seattle a principios de los noventa como evolución del punk. La palabra grunge significa mugre, hace referencia a una estética desaliñada y sucia en las distorsiones, en las voces y en el en look. El grunge es en si mismo un genero de música, caracterizado por las guitarras distorsionadas, melodías repetitivas y batería pesada. El grunge también es llamado popularmente como el Seattle Sound (sonido de Seattle). Sus grupos principales son Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Sonic Youth y Soundgarden. El sonido de Nirvana se dice que es una mezcla de los Beatles y del punk.

•  Ideología: No tienen ideología ni presentan tendencias violentas.

• Rivales: no presentan.

• El mito: Kurt Cobain ex-líder de Nirvana y último gran mito del Rock n Roll, que murió en 1994 al suicidarse con una escopeta.

Atuendo característico:

• Camisas a rayas que pueden ir por encima de camisetas de manga larga.
• Pantalones rotos.
• Playeros o botas.
• Pelo largo y revuelto.
